Piece Dyeing Machine

• Our machines are manufactured in two types; as rotary drum and product stabile but processing liquor moving.

• Processing liquor is injected from the middle part in our machines with rotary drum.

• Ali surfaces contacting with dye is manufactured from AISI 316 quality material in our machines.

• Operation temperature in our machines with rotary drum is 98°C and 105°C for machines where product is stabile but liquor is moving. Operation pressure is 0.5 atu.

• Both of the machines operates as full automatic.

• Heating and cooling is performed by exchangers and serpen ti nes.

• Stimulating systems are invertor speed controlled.

• There is filter system that has wide filtration surface and which is easy to be cleaned in our machines with rotary drum.
